Class styles

Because variety is in our DNA

At Morpho Bleu, we don’t fit into any one box. Our ambition is to provide a kaleidoscope of styles so that there’s a little something for everyone, or at the very least, an opportunity for you to break old patterns and try something new.
Our classes fall into one of three main categories — form, function and flow — designed to help you navigate these styles based on what your body needs in the present moment.

Sound Bath
A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to nurture your mind and body with therapeutic vibrations and gentle movement. The calming sound waves of instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussions, chimes, and sometimes the human voice will ease you into a meditative state and restore your nervous system.
