At Morpho Bleu, we don’t fit into any one box. Our ambition is to provide a kaleidoscope of styles so that there’s a little something for everyone, or at the very least, an opportunity for you to break old patterns and try something new.
Our classes fall into one of three main categories — energize, align and restore — designed to help you navigate these styles based on what your body needs in the present moment.

ENERGIZE

Flow
A heated Vinyasa-inspired class, linking movement with breath. Try a Power Flow when you feel like kicking it up a notch.
Pilates
A strengthening and rehabilitating practice focused on stabilizing the deep abdominal and back muscles. Mix it up with Strength + Pilates, Cardio Pilates, or Reformer Pilates classes — same concepts with a little twist.
Reformer Pilates
A low-impact, full-body workout that uses spring-based resistance to build strength, flexibility, and stability — for all ages, all levels, and all bodies.

Katonah
A blend of classical Hatha yoga with Taoist theory, sacred geometry, mythology, metaphor, and imagination.
Barre
A full-body workout using the ballet barre and various props. Low-impact, high-intensity, and accompanied by beats that will get you in the mood to move.
Sculpt
A full-body, strength-focused cardio workout that moves to the beat, targeting all planes of motion. Try Yoga Sculpt or Circuit Sculpt for a similar workout in a different flavour.
HIIT
HIIT — high intensity interval training — will leave you in sweat and feeling strong. Inspired by Pilates and Barre, this class incorporates optional weights and bands at your own pace for a personalized challenge.
Bootcamp
You know the drill — bootcamp is a versatile, high intensity movement session with a mix of strength training, functional movement, and cardio to push your endurance and get your heart pumping.

ALIGN

Hatha
A heated yoga practice that emphasizes alignment, breath, and mindful movement — perfect for building awareness, flexibility, and strength — at a steady pace, for beginner and experienced yogis alike.
Slow Flow
A flow practice, slowed down and done with intention. With a focus on steady breath, smooth transitions, and longer posture holds, this class encourages deeper body awareness and gentle effort.
Flow + Yin
It’s all about balance. This class begins with an energizing flow to build heat, strength, and circulation in the body, setting the stage for the second half, where you’ll settle into deep, restorative stretches.
Functional Mobility
Rooted in the principles of Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), this class will guide you through the finer details of mobility, alignment, and joint control.
Kundalini
Rooted in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, this class is designed to elevate your energy with dynamic movement, breathwork, mudra, mantra, and sound vibration.

RESTORE

Yin
A deep, delicious practice of stillness that calms the nervous system and targets connective tissue — especially around the hips, pelvis, and lower spine — through long-held postures. Mix it up with Yin + Deep Melt (for myofascial release), Yin + Mobility (for joint health), and Yin + Nidra (for meditation).
ELDOA
A unique practice centred around precise postural techniques designed to decompress the joints — like spinal discs — and relieve chronic pain.
Katonah Restorative
A prop-heavy practice designed to gently reshape the body — our “container” — with good form and structure, making it more agile and durable.
Sound Journey
With Tibetan and crystal bowls, voice and song, tuning forks, drums, gong, and more, this intuitive sound journey weaves breath, mind, body, and soul into a safe space for presence and self-discovery.
Prenatal
A class focused on pelvic floor balance, core strength, and childbirth education to help alleviate pregnancy discomfort, reduce stress, and build confidence for any birthing experience.
Mom + Baby
Inclusive and baby-friendly, postnatal sessions combine breath and movement to restore strength, address postpartum issues and promote healing, whether from natural birth or cesarean.
